Alliance Leisure have continued to prioritise their committment to making their workplace an excellent one following their Silver Investors in People Award in 2021, elevating it to Gold.
Investors in People (IIP) is renowned international standard for people management, recognising and rewarding organisations that commit to providing an outstanding working environment for their teams.
Following a rigorous assessment, Alliance Leisure are delighted to have received a Gold accreditation, a feat achieved by only around 17% of the over 50,000 organisations assessed by IIP.
