Statement regarding ISG Administration

We are saddened to hear of the announcement regarding ISG filing for administration in the UK.  Unfortunately, this decision comes after extensive efforts to avert the situation, and we share in the disappointment that an expected sale of the company did not come to fruition.

We fully understand the impact this has on many, including colleagues at ISG, subcontractors, our clients, and their communities, and we empathise with everyone affected.

Whilst this news may be unsettling, we want to reassure all our stakeholders that Alliance Leisure continues to be in a strong trading position.  We work alongside a network of contractors that will enable us to minimise disruption to ongoing ISG projects and explore alternative solutions.  Our teams will keep everyone informed as we, collectively as an industry, navigate through this challenging period.

We have contacted administrators Ernst & Young who have officially taken control of ISG, we await a response to establish the position. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience as our teams continue to work through this fast-moving situation and maintain communication with all partners and stakeholders.

Thank you.
