We explore the characteristics of the local population and area surrounding the facility, and can include a summary of the local catchment area, Mosaic profiling and audience segmentation, and a local housing plan.

A comprehensive summary and analysis of current operations and performance, including a review of commercial performance, evaluation of usage patterns, an overview of product performance, and more.
COMPETITION ANALYSIS
A detailed assessment of the competitive landscape for the facility, allowing us to position your facility strategically within the local market by identifying competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
BRAND & POSITIONING REVIEW
A detailed evaluation of the facility’s branding and its market positioning to ensure that the brand resonates with target audiences and aligns with the facility’s strategic objectives.
DEFINING THE OPPORTUNITY
We identify key opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for optimising the facility mix to meet current and future demand. This can involve the use of either the Leisure Database Latent Demand model or the 4global Demand Modelling system.
