The development of Spence Street Sports Centre was born from the need to update a dilapidated facility in order to improve the wellbeing and inclusion amongst the local community.
The £1m investment has resulted in a fully refurbished centre providing a new fitness suite, studio and toilet facilities.
A superb project team have come together to deliver what was a challenging development at times, working in a tight urban area with adjoining industrial units.
