About Us

Our Focus

Celebrating our 25th year in business, Alliance Leisure is the UK’s leading leisure development specialist, working in partnership with local authorities and leisure operators to develop engaging place-based active environments.
Our Scope

We have delivered more than 250 projects, ranging from multi-site regeneration projects, involving new build or significant remodelling of leisure sites, through to outdoor spaces, 3G pitches and leisure centre modernisations. These projects represent an investment value of over £370m.
How We Work

With a clear focus on community impact and social value, a partnership with Alliance Leisure delivers excellence at every stage of a project from scoping and design through to construction and ongoing sustainability. In addition to its development expertise, Alliance Leisure is committed to the success of leisure services and facilities through its self-powered TA6 division – delivering sales and marketing programmes, people development, customer excellence and support services to promote community wellbeing, sustainable revenue streams and project success.

Alliance Leisure is also appointed delivery partner for the UK Leisure Framework, owned and managed by Denbighshire Leisure (DLL). The UK Leisure Framework is the only Framework in the UK dedicated to leisure development and provides an end-to-end solution for public sector bodies looking to scope, procure, design and build sustainable leisure facilities, taking advantage of efficiencies and expertise at every level of the supply chain.

Knaresborough Leisure & Wellness Centre

Thanks to a series of architectural and building fabric measures (passive design) and energy efficient services (active design), this ambitious centre has achieved BREEAM Excellent status and an EPC ‘A’ rating, placing it amongst the most energy efficient leisure centres in the country.

The UK Leisure Framework

A turnkey solution saving up to 6 months compared to the traditional tendering process.

The UK Leisure Framework (UKLF) allows for the direct appointment of a Development Partner for scoping, design, refurbishment, construction and the development of leisure centres, theatres, play facilities, recreation facilities and sports facilities across the UK public sector.
